Grand Hyatt Dubai is a very well managed hotel, the room is very comfortable, Super Clean, the house keeping is extremelly professionl and fast in their works. The Club Floor provides Excellent Sevices with dedicated staff and the breakfast is really First class. The bell desk staffs are Excellent. The staffs are very responsive, however the check in staff should be more maindful and to follow the World of Hyatt policies for globalist in the check in process. This hotel has my highest recommendation.
